February Favorites

Processed with VSCOcam with f2 preset

Hello again! I’m here with my February Favorites. I’ve been using these items like crazy and had to share my love of them with you.

1. Patagonia Vest

I have nothing but positive reviews for this vest! Patagonia is a great brand and uses cruelty-free down material. I picked it up at REI recently and I’ve been in love ever since. The color is perfect because I can wear it in the Winter and Spring. Also, the good news is that I can finally stay warm without wearing my mom’s parka.

2. It’s a 10 Miracle Leave-In

Everything about this leave-in conditioner is great. It smells wonderful and it treats your hair in ten different ways. Some of these include, detangles, prevents split ends, stops hair breakage, and protects from heat tools. All in all, this product is a definite 10.

3. Go Pro Hero 3 Silver

This GoPro has been one of my favorites this month because recently I’ve been hiking a lot. I love taking this hiking because it’s very small and portable, also it takes sweet pictures and videos. It’s the perfect camera if you’re adventurous or enjoy shooting action shots.

4. Evo Water Killer Dry Shampoo

This product is a life saver. If you ever have second day hair this dry shampoo will save your butt. All you do is spray it in the roots of your hair and then sort of massage it into your hair. It gives you great volume, takes away the greasy look, and makes your hair smell amazing.

5. We Should All Be Feminists

Chimamanda expresses why she believes feminism is important for all of us, both women and men. She did a TED talk in 2013 called  “We Should All Be Feminists” and she also wrote this essay about the same topic. She is an excellent writer and I highly recommend reading this short book!

6. Calvin Klein Sports Bra

Last but certainly not least, is my beloved Calvin Klein sports bra. These have been very popular this past year and now I know why. They’re incredibly comfortable. I don’t wear this to workout in but it’s best for lazy days or on the weekends. Overall, this has been one of my all time favorites this month.

Hello! I’m happy to be bringing you this colorful post!

Today, my friend Claire, my mom and I went to Pike Place Market to enjoy the flowers and people watching. The sun was proving both the classic Seattle weather and Punxsutawney Phil wrong. It was just one of those great days.

I’m wearing Claire’s navy dress that’s a combination between a shift dress and a t-shirt dress. Also I have on my polka dot tights that my mom despises because of the “poor” looking snags down the back… sorry bout’ it. Lastly, I’m wearing my favorite all black Converse high tops. This outfit is a perfect for a Winter to Spring transition because you can easily throw on a heavy sweater when it’s cold, or you can leave it as is!

Hello! I’m sure most of you are aware that my last post was well over three weeks ago. I hate to blame it on school and sports but it’s so hard to balance everything. Luckily, basketball is over and I will have more time to do my favorite thing, blogging and filming. My goal is to have weekly posts and a monthly fashion video for you! This is truly my passion and I can’t let it slip away.

Now that we got that cleared up, I had TOLO last night and I have some pictures to show you! I had a great time with all of my friends and I hope you enjoy the pictures!

Hello & Happy New Year’s Eve!

2014 brought the excessive plaid trend and I’m not complaining. I love plaid. I was looking for a good red plaid scarf and discovered this one from Forever 21 Men. It’s a great piece to throw over a simple outfit. As for the rest of the outfit, I’m wearing a simple black peacoat from forever 21, my DIY boyfriend jeans, and a black and white striped long sleeve that came all the way from Top Shop in Ireland -thanks Cece!

Also, I’m wearing my new Nike Roshe’s that my brother got me for Christmas! I’m not going to be working out in these shoes but I’ll wear them as casual everyday shoes. I’ve seen countless bloggers with Roshe’s and I’m excited to get good use of these in 2015!

I hope you have a great New Year’s Eve and stay safe!
